libdist-zilla-plugin-run-perl software package provides Dist::Zilla plugin to execute external commands, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdist-zilla-plugin-run-perl
libdist-zilla-plugin-run-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdist-zilla-plugin-run-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdist-zilla-plugin-run-perl *
